2006 I met Soforia and Marquessa. We (3) created and started eroti–trance hypnosis, a passion then and now.
2009 diagnosed with Graves’ disease, an auto-immune disorder, involving my thyroid.
2018 early in the year I got double pneumonia and sepsis. I was on a ventilator and was in the hospital for a month.
2024 mid year I had a stroke and was airlifted to UPMC for brain surgery. I was in that hospital and rehab for a month and a half.
Present day: I am semiretired; I have home physical and occupational therapies. I am wheelchair bound.
What does my medical history have to do with anything? I had to learn to breathe again, differently. And as the years went by, I incorporated breathing into my meditative sessions and Sunday ultimately, became my day for self-care. That is why I make so much fuss about it.
